Starting to pack

9 days until we head off for our eight week trip.  We still have no definite plans, but that's part of the fun.  Today, we took the cover off the caravan to prepare for a week of packing.  We like to take as much food as possible as it saves a bit of money once on the road.  Its been a long time between trips for us.  Our last big trip was more than ten years ago to W.A.  We have taken the caravan away at least once a year since then but not for any length of time.
